Return & Exchange

  • All sales are final; products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in strict cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

  • Accepted returns/exchanges must meet all the following conditions:

    • Confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivery.

    • Reported to Zoovia within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

    • Video documentation of unboxing from the first moment.

    • Product returned in 100% original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

  • Certain products are non-returnable under any circumstances: microphones after unboxing, lighting equipment after installation, tripods after unpacking, sensitive electronics, discounted items, or products showing any signs of use.

  • The customer bears all return shipping costs unless the error is from Zoovia. Additional inspection or administrative fees may apply at Zoovia’s discretion.

  • The burden of proof for defects lies entirely with the customer.

  • Proof of delivery by the courier transfers full responsibility to the customer; claims after receipt confirmation are not accepted.

  • Zoovia’s liability for accepted exchanges is limited to the product value only; no compensation for consequential losses, profits, misuse, or operational environment issues.

  • Zoovia reserves the absolute right to interpret, amend, or refuse requests according to this policy.
