Zoovia provides shipping services to designated areas only.

Any shipment outside these areas requires prior approval and may include additional fees. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected governorate.

Shipping Terms

  • Shipping fees are final and non-refundable, and all customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, and orders cannot be cancelled or compensated due to shipping delays once dispatched.

  • Zoovia is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage after the package is handed over to the courier, and the courier’s delivery confirmation is considered proof of receipt.

  • Incorrect address or contact details are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Packages must be inspected upon delivery, and any visible damage should be refused immediately. Claims are not accepted after signing.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for confirmed manufacturing defects or if an incorrect product is delivered, subject to Zoovia’s assessment.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or shipping has begun.

  • Zoovia is not liable for unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, customs procedures, or service disruptions.

  • Zoovia’s maximum liability does not exceed before one-quarter of the product value without additional compensation.
